Subscription Terms

Please read these Subscription Terms thoroughly and carefully. The purpose of these Subscription Terms is to establish the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to the investment learning materials. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us through the Support Center.

These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference in the Terms and Conditions of Nevlin™ (“Nevlin“, or “us“), and is part of the agreement between you, user of the websitenevlin.com (“Website”) or the app of Nevlin at AppStore (“App”).

1. Trial

We may offer a paid trial subscription for services provided through the Website and/or the App. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period and trial will be converted into a subscription.

2. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (4 weeks, 12 weeks, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

3. Payment Method

You authorise us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee to the payment card you submit as your primary payment method for each renewal term. If a charge to your primary payment method fails (for example, because it has expired), you agree that we may retry the charge or use another payment method stored on your account. If a payment cannot be authorised - due to expiry, insufficient funds, or otherwise - we may suspend or terminate your subscription. You remain responsible for any amounts you fail to pay in connection with your subscription.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling your trial or subscription switches off automatic renewal, but you keep access to your subscription features for the rest of the then-current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you subscribed through the App Store: turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged. Only you can manage your App Store subscriptions - see Apple’s support page for instructions.

If you subscribed through Google Play: turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged. Only you can manage your Google Play subscriptions — see Google's support page for instructions.

If you subscribed on our website: cancel before the end of the then-current period to avoid being charged. You can cancel a web subscription from your profile.

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any pricing change by posting the new price in the App and/or the Website, by email, or by another prominent means. If you do not want to pay a new fee, you can cancel the relevant subscription before the change takes effect.

6. Refunds

These refund rights are in addition to any refund rights you have under applicable law. If you are unsure whether you qualify for a refund, contact our support team and we will find the best solution together.

If you subscribed or started a trial through the App Store: if you are eligible for a refund under Apple's refund policy, request it directly from Apple, who manage all App Store refunds — see Apple's support page for instructions.

If you subscribed or started a trial on our website: refunds on website purchases are provided at our discretion, subject to applicable law and our published policies. We will grant a refund where we consider the request acceptable.

Once your subscription period has ended, we cannot refund it, as the service is deemed fully consumed, unless applicable law provides otherwise. When you purchase a single item of digital content (for example, a video lesson or a PDF resource) that is made available to you immediately, you expressly agree that you lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund on that item.

We know legal text can be long and dense, but we've tried to keep these Subscription Terms clear. If anything is unclear after reading them, please contact us through the Support Center.

We recommend keeping a copy or screenshot of this page for your records, to help you keep track of your subscriptions.
